The digital collar unit, controller, rechargeable batteries, chargers — in fact, all Talk&Train system parts are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against failure due to defect or deficiency in materials or workmanship under normal use and per product specifications.

 

Things like dropping a controller on the sidewalk or swimming with it around your neck are not considered normal use. Nor are they identified as or claimed to be among the product’s capabilities and specifications.

 

If your product is defective or deficient however, check with your retailer first on their policies and inventory. They may be able to provide a replacement.

We’ll want to see a dated receipt and receive the item back before we ship out a replacement.

 

We’ll tell you where to ship your item and provide a Replacement Authorization Number when you provide us with proof of purchase.
